1. The seller

The website littlezoo.store ("Little Zoo") sells baby onesies online. To reach us: our contact page. These terms apply to every order placed on the website.

2. Products

We sell hooded onesies for babies from 2 months to 3 years. Photos are as accurate as possible, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Our size guide helps you choose.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars for the United States and in euros for France. For the United States, import duties are included and any applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order.

4. Orders

You choose your items, review your cart, enter your details and shipping method, then pay. Your order is final once payment is confirmed; you then receive a confirmation email summarizing it.

5. Payment

Payment is made online, securely, with the methods offered at checkout (including credit and debit cards). You are charged when the order is placed.

6. Shipping

We ship to the United States and France, with tracking. Rates and delivery times are detailed in our shipping policy. If your parcel is very late, lost or damaged, contact us.

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it, no reason needed. Just tell us clearly, for example with our withdrawal form, then send the item back within 14 days; return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We refund you, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of your request; we may wait until we've received the item or proof that it was shipped. Details are in our refund policy.

8. Legal guarantees

All our items are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery, and by the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code). If an item is defective, you can ask for it to be repaired or replaced, or otherwise refunded.

Your data is used to process your order and is never sold. See our privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
