Orders and shipping
When will I receive my order?
Usually allow 8 to 12 days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders over €65.
Can I mix characters in a bundle?
Yes: 10% off 2 onesies and 15% off 3 or more, whatever the characters and sizes. The discount applies automatically in the cart.
Sizes and returns
How do I choose the size?
Follow the age shown in our size guide. Between two sizes, go for the larger one: the onesie has a roomy fit.
What if the size doesn't fit?
You have 14 days after delivery to return the item, unworn and in its original packaging.
How do I withdraw from my purchase?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason. The easiest way: our withdrawal form.
Use and care
What are the onesies made of?
Soft, warm flannel (polyester), with a front zipper and a hood shaped like the character.
Can baby sleep in it?
Yes, with the hood down: it isn't meant to be worn while sleeping. The flannel is warm, so adjust the outfit to the room temperature.
How do I care for it?
Machine wash at 30 °C (86 °F), inside out. Avoid the dryer to keep the flannel nice and soft.
